King Robert began his performing career at the age of 30 as a Street Entertainer (having completed a course in Circus Skills at FOOL TIME CIRCUS SCHOOL, Bristol 1984) and was subsequently arrested for causing an obstruction in a Bristol Shopping Mall.
Determined to pursue his dreams he unicycled to Europe and immediately found success and fortune in Germany and France. (*see Tricky Dicky postcard)
Since then he has travelled the World bringing joy and amazement to many diverse cultures in Australia, U.S.A., Asia and Europe. His venues include:

His spontaneous unlimited talent, charm and English humour live on today as he performs his special brand of “Close Up” Magic for unsuspecting guests in restaurants and bars all over the World.
While King Robert was performing in Madrid he became involved in teaching English as a magician. He founded the project “ENGLISH THROUGH MAGIC” in Paris 1998 He took this to Thailand where he taught English in a Bangkok secondary school for 1 year (*see Photogallery Wat Chotigaram.)
King Robert presently lives in Berlin, Germany.
